What Days do you bake and ship?

 We only bake on Sunday and ship on monday. You have to order Monday-Saturday to have it shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on Monday will not ship out same day. This way they will go out fresh every time!

 How long does shipping take?

 We ship by USPS 2-3 day priority mail, but sometimes they have delays and this is unfortunately out of our control. If there are any delays please contact USPS since we don't control that department.

What is the self life of these cookies?

 Best to consume within 14 days of receiving the product. We recommend you store them in the refrigerator help preserve self life or freeze them for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to eat, take them out and let them get room temp then put them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, maybe longer depending on microwave.  Another option in fire up the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Are you an allergy free kitchen?

Unfortunately we are not since we have nut products in some of the cookies. This makes it NOT safe for allergic person or someone with Gluten allergies. 

How much do the cookies weigh?

They weigh between 6-7oz each.

What happens if the package is missing or damaged? Do I get a refund?

If your package is damaged, opened, or lost please contact your local post office and then file a claim with the tracking number and your address. The package is insured and the buyers have to file the claim. We do not do that. We are not the shipping service and will not take responsibility while it is in transit.

We do not offer a refund, returns, or cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is in our system and cannot be un done. Please make sure to double check your order when placed.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders or catering events?

Yes we do, please email us with any questions you might have.

Why are some flavors on your instagram but not on the website?

We have limited flavor drops, so if it is not on the website it is discontinued. We do bring back the popular flavors in the future.

Are these healthy cookies?

Absolutely not! This is our gourmet line we like to refer as our "Cheat Day Cookies". We have a healthy low calorie protein cookie in the works!
